A guy from Texas here…stumbled across your blog cause we go to NYC frequently and like to read up on the happenings in the city. Simply put, I like your style of writing, it reminds me of my daughters style of writing and observing and taking note of things. I enjoy the “little” things you talk about, defrosting your freezer, singing on the subway, and how the people there respond to different things.
Keep doing this, stay safe up there, for us Texans, its an easy way to take a stroll around the city..
