Hang on just a little longer

Great news: I’m not dead, and neither is my Internet.

The Time-Warner guy came yesterday to bring wireless back into my life. Giddiness ensued. Have you ever seen a cable guy smile genuinely? It’s magical and available for a limited time only.

I have some stuff to blog. Tonight I’ll be busy with week two of my fiction class, though. So in the meantime, please enjoy the photograph my friend Mike took a few weekends ago.

I know it may not look like I was actually hanging off a very high precipice, particularly because my arms and hands are so relaxed. But I was.

Shut up.

Hi, Sherri! The picture was taken in Cold Spring, New York. It’s a small town upstate with lots of antiques and people who like Oktoberfest. More on that later….

Diar A.! Fiction class is cool, and I’ll be writing more about it very soon. I highly recommend taking one, if you have the time/money to commit to it.
