You can peel it, you can scoop out the fruit and eat it with a spoon. You can eat the peel , it will not harm you, but it does not have the best taste. Some people do eat the peel and enjoy it.If you do eat the peel, make sure to scrub it clean prior to eating it( as you would with any edible peel).

Thats what I figured. My boyfriend & daughter were debating this last night & I always like to “pole the people” =)
